Sound familiar?

You know exactly what you want to say. You just don't say it.

This was built for the woman who already has the ideas, the expertise, and the experience — but somewhere along the way, learned to make herself easier to overlook.

"I rehearse what I'm going to say in a meeting — and then someone else says it and gets the credit."

"I soften my language so much that my point gets lost. I leave conversations feeling invisible."

"I've been told to 'speak up more' but no one tells me what's actually getting in the way."

"I wait for the right moment to say something — and the moment passes every single time."

"I know my hesitation isn't about confidence. It's deeper than that. And I'm ready to work on it."

"I want to be in a room with women who actually get it — not another training that treats this like a skill problem."

What you'll walk away with

Practise, not theory. Real rooms, not role plays.

Every session and module is built around the situations you already face — the conversations you hold back in, the moments that matter.

A repeatable toolkit

Tools you'll use in real rooms. Built for the moments that catch you off guard.

Clarity on what's actually stopping you

Real insight into the patterns, conditioning, and stories that keep you quiet.

A community who gets it

A small, intentional space of women carrying similar stories. Psychological safety from day one.

Your signature story

A clear, practised way of showing up — specific to you, not a formula someone else wrote.

Direct coaching from qualified coaches

ICF PCC-level executive coaching in every live session — tailored to what comes up for the group.

Lifetime access

Course content and group session recordings are yours to keep — revisit any time you need a reset.

The self-directed course

Six phases. Eighteen modules. One shift.

Work through the full Say It Anyway curriculum in your own time — at the pace that fits your life. Structured for depth, not speed.

The group programme

Eight sessions. One arc.

Each live session builds on the last — from understanding the roots of your silence to practising what it feels like to speak, and mean it.

1

The roots of your silence

Where your patterns of holding back actually come from — and why willpower hasn't fixed them.

2

The story you tell yourself

Identifying the narrative that runs before you speak — and learning to interrupt it.

3

Your body in the room

How physical presence and breath shape the way your voice lands before you say a word.

4

The weight of every word

Why you over-qualify and under-claim — and how to stop softening the point out of your message.

5

The rooms that feel hardest

Power dynamics, gender, race, and the unwritten rules of who gets to speak — and how to navigate them.

6

Saying the uncomfortable thing

Disagreeing, challenging, setting limits — without shrinking, over-explaining, or burning bridges.

7

Your signature story

Building the authentic narrative that opens doors — in interviews, pitches, and everyday conversations.

8

The long game

Making this stick. Accountability structures, relapse patterns, and what comes next for you.

Your coach

I spent years in rooms with plenty to say — and left having said almost none of it.

Growing up as a Middle Eastern woman, the script was clear: get a good education, then step back. Don't rock the boat. Don't take up too much space. So I learned to soften, to wait, to make myself easier to overlook.

Then I decided I was done with that script. I built a career that went against almost everything I'd been told was possible — and somewhere along the way, started helping other women do the same.

Not by teaching them to be louder. By helping them trust that what they already have to say is worth saying. That's what speakfreelyHQ is about. And it's why I built this programme.

What women say

From the women who've done the work.

"I'd been told to 'speak up more' my entire career. Metra was the first person who actually helped me understand why I wasn't. That changed everything."

Sarah R.

Head of Operations, Financial Services

"The community alone is worth it. Being in a room (even a virtual one) with women who carry the same story. I've never experienced that before."

Natasha K.

Senior Manager, NHS

"I went into a board presentation three weeks after the programme and held my ground in a way I never had before. I cried in the car afterwards — in a good way."

Priya M.

Director, Technology Consultancy

Common questions

Everything you need to know.

Who are these programmes for?
All three programmes are for professional women who already know what they want to say but find themselves editing, softening, or staying silent in situations that matter. You don't need public speaking goals — this is about the everyday rooms you're already in. The course suits women who want to go at their own pace; the group programme is for those who want community and accountability; the 1:1 is for women who want bespoke depth.
Which programme is right for me?
If you want to start immediately and work through the material in your own time, the self-directed course is your entry point. If you want live coaching, a cohort of women who get it, and weekly accountability, the group programme is the most impactful option. If you want completely bespoke work focused on your specific situations and rooms, 1:1 is for you. Book a free discovery call if you're unsure — that conversation usually makes it clear.
How is this different from a public speaking course?
Most speaking courses focus on technique — delivery, structure, body language. Everything here starts with the psychology and conditioning that keeps you quiet. If you want tips on projecting your voice, this isn't it. If you want to understand why you hold back and finally change it, this is exactly it.
When does the group programme run?
Sessions are held weekly on Tuesday evenings, 7–8.30pm UK time. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one you won't fall behind. Dates for the September 2026 cohort will be confirmed at your welcome call.
Can my organisation pay for this?
Yes. Many participants are employer-sponsored through professional development or L&D budgets. I can provide an invoice and programme overview for your HR team — just mention this on your discovery call.
What happens after I finish?
Course content and group session recordings are yours for life. Group programme alumni get priority access to the next cohort at a repeat rate, and first consideration for the 1:1 programme and the annual retreat. Most women stay connected through the community long after they finish.
What's your refund policy?
The self-directed course has a 14-day money-back guarantee. For the group programme, you can move your place to the next cohort up to 14 days before it begins. 1:1 packages: sessions are non-refundable once booked but can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. I'd rather talk it through before you commit — that's what the discovery call is for.
